Our Story
Noble Experiment Brewing Company began as a longtime dream of Nick Carnicelli, a brewer and chef with years of experience brought to life with the support and creative vision of Stephanie Fox. Together, we turned a simple idea into something bigger: a brewery that feels like family the second you walk in. And with Nick’s culinary background, our food truck adds another layer to the experience — great beer paired with food made with the same passion and intention.
Nick leads the brewhouse with passion and precision, crafting beers that balance creativity and tradition. Stephanie helped to shape the space into a warm, welcoming taproom where people can relax, laugh, and connect.
We built Noble Experiment to honor the craft, celebrate community, and create a place where people genuinely enjoy being.
